Bike to BikeOur bike to bike systems use the licence free PMR 446 radio band which allows a 3-5km range between riders. These radios operate on rechargeable batteries and will typically last 2-3 rides per charge. There are a number of different headsets available for use with open and closed type helmets. The radios can be set to automatically transmit when a rider speaks or when the rider presses a push to talk button which can be mounted on the sleeve of his jacket. Operation of the radios is easy - just turn on, set all radios to the same channel and start communicating.

These systems comprise of a compact two way radio and helmet headset for the instructor and a receiver / voice pager for the pupil. This setup allows a motorcycle instructor to clearly relay instructions to his pupils via the Intek RP-600 voice pager. The RP-600 includes a body strap so that it can easily be worn by the pupil. We supply in helmet speaker/earphones that can be easily attached inside the pupils helmet. The Intek RP-600 comes complete with rechargeable batteries and a mains charger for easy use.
