Products are shipped worldwide from one of three destinations; UK, Hong Kong & Korea. The product decription shows the location the item will be dispatched from.
Products shipped from the UK are sent by Royal Mail First Class (Standard ) or Parcelforce (Express). Those shipped by Standard typically arrive within 1-2 working days if the order is recieved before 2pm. if a quicker service is required you can opt for Express shipping which comes out by ParcelForce or Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a guaranteed next working day service. The shipping cost is calculated automatically when you reach the checkout stage.
FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE - For all orders dispatched from Hong Kong
Products shipped from HongKong are sent by Standard shipping (DHL Economy or HongKong Post) and typically arrive within 15 days from the date of the order being placed, this is a trackable service. An Express shipping service is available which reduces the delivery time to around 5 days, this is available at checkout. Tracking numbers for these shipments are available in your Energon customer account.
These products do not include VAT, and are sold as Tax Free Purchases. Please note that with these items Tax and Import Duty may be due payable by you upon entering your country. Any costs levied by your customs are due payable by you.(see our full terms and conditions section for more information)
