Definitions -
"Seller" means Energon Solutions.co.uk, 10 Bell Farm Industrial Estate, Nuthampstead, Royston, Herts, SG8 8ND. England
"Buyer" means the person who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller;
"Goods" means the articles, which the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller;
"Price" means the price for the Goods excluding carriage, shipping but includes VAT where applicable;
"Delivery Date" means the date specified by the Seller when the Goods are to be delivered
"Conditions" means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document.
"Site" means the Energon Solutions website, accessible through the following URL: www.energonsolutions.co.uk
Conditions -
These Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer via the site to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which the Buyer may purport to apply either orally or under any purchase order confirmation of order or other document.
All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Conditions.
Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Conditions.
Any variation to these Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Seller.
Price and Payment -
The Price of the Goods displayed on the site shall be the Seller’s price, which shall be binding on the Seller. The Price shown is inclusive of UK VAT and is charged where applicable. It also shows a EURO and USD equivalent to aid the overseas buyer, this is only to be used as a guide.
Payment is taken via credit card using a secure online payment system before goods are dispatched.
Delivery carriage and acceptance -
The Seller shall arrange for carriage of the Goods to the Buyer’s shipping address. If the seller is unable to complete the order for whatever reason, the funds will be returned to buyer within 48 hours and buyer notified by email or telephone.
Deliveries within the UK- These are shipped via Royal Mail (recorded delivery) and typically take 1-2 days to arrive.
Deliveries within the EU - Are sent by Royal Mail International Airmail and typically take around 3 days for Western Europe and 4-5 days for Eastern Europe.
Rest of the World - Are shipped by Royal Mail International Airmail and can take around 5-10 days to arrive.
Delivery times are quoted as working days and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
When order is completed a shipping notification will be sent to buyers email address. If order is completed after 3pm goods may not leave the warehouse until the following business day.
Any partial loss or damage in transit must be reported by email to the Seller at warranty@energonsolutions.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of the Goods and in the event of non-delivery within 14 days after the date of the Seller’s invoice.
All products Distributed by Energon Solutions Ltd are sold via www.energonsolutions.co.uk website or existing Retailer Base
The 'ADD TO CART' link is a direct sales channel from Energon Solutions Ltd.
The 'BUY NOW' links allow customers to see the retailers that have received stock the most recently and are most likely to have the product in stock and be able to support you.

Warranty & Returns Policy
Energon Solutions warranties its products for a period of 3 months from the Date of Purchase against manufacturers faults.
FlightTech warranty FlightTech and FlightPower battery products against manufacturers defect for a period of 6 months. FlightTech are only able to warranty FlightPower products directly supplied from the UK by Energon Solutions Ltd. All claims must be submitted by the approved method detailed below.
If you believe the goods to be faulty, please return the goods to the Retailer from where the goods were purchased, together with proof of purchase and a description of the fault. The retailer will then be able to assist you in the warranty process. If the product is found to be faulty (through manufacturers defect and not through misuse). The product may be replaced from stock, however some items may need to returned to manufacturer for testing / repair. Your Retailer will be able to advise you.Postage cost back to Energon Solutions Ltd is the responsibility of the buyer.
CRASH BACK / PACK BACK Terms and conditions
If your FlightTech, Thunder Power, FlightPower, Kokam, Desire Power, Overlander or Hyperion battery pack suffers damage from a crash within 12 months of purchase, FlightTech will offer you a NEW FlightTech 'Crash Back' replacement pack on a like for like basis at a 25% discount to the normal RRP.
If you are unhappy with the performance of your FlightTech, Thunder Power, FlightPower, Kokam, Desire Power, Overlander or Hyperion battery pack within 12 months of purchase, FlightTech will offer you a NEW FlightTech 'Pack Back' replacement, on a like for like basis at 25% Discount to the normal RRP.

FlightTech require scan/copy/original receipt.
Plus a photographic Image of your Faulty pack, sent to us as described below.
Cut off positive (RED) main power lead (ONLY) from crashed or substandard pack (approx 10mm from pack) and make safe using suitable heatshrink. Photograph pack and attach to claim form.
DO NOT send damaged packs in the POST.
MAP as stated on www.energonsolutions.co.uk , Postage will be charged. Offer Subject to Availability, Packs replaced on a like for like basis, packs under 20C are specifically excluded from this offer. Energon Solutions Ltd reserve the right to not accept warranties that fall outside these terms and cannot accept any responsibility for the failure of a claim. Their decision is final. If you are unsure that your pack qualifies for this offer, or unsure as to its exact replacement, please email info@energonsolutions.co.uk
Customer to dispose of crashed or substandard packs in normal manner.
